7.0/10

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall it had some great aspects such as being very clean and comfortable. However, I did find the dining experience a bit repetitive, which was a downside. The staff were friendly but sometimes verged on rude, which left me puzzled at times. Additionally, the location was convenient for transportation but not ideal for shopping or eating nearby.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a nice ensuite bathroom, but there was a strong smell from the fresh paint that felt toxic.
Service
6.0
The service was a mixed bag; while the staff provided a lovely lobster meal, I often felt that they focused more on clearing tables than attending to guests.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located next to an MTR station, making transportation a breeze, particularly for students at the Chinese University; however, there isn't much shopping or dining within walking distance.
Dining
7.0
The dining was good quality but became quite repetitive after a few days, which made it less enjoyable towards the end of my stay.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but I felt they could be upgraded to provide a better overall experience.

7.6/10

My stay at the hotel was fairly pleasant, with spacious rooms and a helpful staff. The location was great for getting around, especially since it's close to the MTR. However, I did find the dining options lacking in variety, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was good value for money, but there’s room for improvement in the dining experience.

Rooms

The room was spacious, accommodating a King Size bed with a study desk and a big wardrobe. It had all the amenities I wanted and was super comfy.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the MTR, making getting around quite convenient. It’s great for exploring the mountains and parks nearby.
Dining

I found the dining options to be somewhat lacking compared to my last visit. There were limited options for breakfast, and I would have loved to see more variety.
Facilities

The hotel had decent facilities, but nothing stood out as exceptional.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but a bit smaller than I expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, the location wasn't ideal since there weren't many dining options nearby and the transport involved a bit of travel time. Dining was also on the pricey side without a lot of choices.

Rooms

The rooms were super comfortable and clean, although I found them a bit smaller than I anticipated.
Service
9.0
I was impressed by the staff who were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help me with tourist information and even printed my hiking itinerary.
Location
6.0
The location was a bit lacking as there wasn't much to shop or eat within walking distance, and getting to the nearest MTR station required some travel.
Dining

I found the dining options limited and quite pricey, especially considering the currency exchange rates.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, perfect for my family. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially with our baby. However, the location was a bit inconvenient as there weren't many shops or restaurants nearby, which meant we had to take a train to find food. Overall, it's a good value for money, especially if you're okay with a little travel.

Rooms

Service

The staff were very friendly and attentive, always looking for ways to enhance our experience.
Location

The location was okay as it was very near the train station, but it was a bit out of Kowloon and inconvenient since there were no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

7.8/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite nice with a comfortable bed, but the carpet felt old and there was a tapping noise throughout the night that bothered me. The location is a bit outside the main area of Hong Kong, but the nearby MTR station makes it easy to explore. The service was exceptional, especially since the staff was friendly and even acknowledged my tenth visit. Overall, it offers good value for money despite some minor issues.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were wonderful with a good bathroom and a lovely bed, but the carpet was quite old, which detracted a bit from the experience. Unfortunately, there was also a tapping sound throughout the night that kept me awake.
Service
9.0
The staff were very good, thanking me warmly for my tenth visit, which made me feel appreciated. The service was exceptionally good across the board, including room service and housekeeping.
Location
8.0
Although the hotel is quite outside the busy part of Hong Kong, the MTR station is less than a 30-second walk away, making it convenient for short trips to explore the area. It's surrounded by greenery, which I appreciated.
Dining
7.0
The dining options had a good variety of fresh food, and while I found the breakfast superb, it was only served until 10 AM, which was a bit early for my schedule.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel's facilities were generally good, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
